03 — START WITH TODAY

You don’t have to do
everything at once.

  1. 01

Make a space for your family.

Create two linked accounts. One for the person receiving care, one for a family member or caregiver.

  2. 02

    Bring a little of home.

Add the daily tasks and prescribed medication routines that are already part of your lives.

  3. 03

See where the day takes you.

Choose an activity, keep a reminder, or have a conversation. Start small. Come back when you’re ready.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
